I looked at a lot of places... this was the best

Because it's out in the "country", you get a lot for the price. I looked at tons of places with the features I wanted, and JSV was $200-$300 cheaper. Yes the TV reception sucks, but if you're looking for an apartment based on that, you're bound to be disappointed. The apartments have character. They're quiet. The staff is very attentive. Parking is fine. I don't know what the other reviews are talking about. This is a fine place to live.
