Still a good community

Years at this apartment: 1999 - 2004
Just signed up this summer for a 3 bedroom unit, up from a one bedroom.
The 2 bedroom layout is pretty small.
The 3 bedroom layout is excellent and worth the price.
As a long time resident, I feel the community is still safe but feeling the pressures of growing Hillsboro.
Jackson school elementary and Evergreen Middle school are some of the best in the district.
Maintenance is always done quickly and properly. The grounds are kept very well.
Management appears to change its policies with the presure of the community.
