We've lived in these apartments twice. Once in 1997 right after they were built. Also from 12/01 to 4/02. Both times were tollerable. The rent was reasonable. They have nice facilities (weight room, pool, hottub, sauna). The biggest problems I had were lack of parking (sometimes had to park nearly a block away from my apartment) and the construction of the buildings... They seem to have made more like a house would be made rather than making it so that you can't hear your neighbors. This is especially bad if you're on the bottom floor and have people living above you. If you're on the top floor, you'll have peace and quiet but be considerate of your neighbors below you... They can hear every time you stomp around.
