I have been here a year and my lease is up for renewal and they want 150.00 more per month and a min. 10 month lease.

I live in the neighborhood, is the rumor true that Jackson School Village is going to start accpeting Section 8's or what. If thats the case there goes the neighborhood, and I will be moving from the house we rent ASAP! I know crime has gone up at the apts.

There have been several section 8 tenets accepted since we moved in about a year ago.
