Nice apt.Rude, non-problem solving staff, apt is falling apart

Apartment is beautiful, love the setup. Staff is not so great. Toilet broke on a sunday, took over an hour for maintenance to arrive, left a hole in the wall said they'd "come back when it was more convenient" Have had a hole in my bathroom wall for over a month. Refused to pay rent until the hole was fixed then they have the nerve to give me a late fee on rent!!!
