We are moving out of here this month or next. Have been here nearly two years now. Apt. is a very good size and a good deal, I guess. Ants are a constant problem. No matter how many times I have been by the office, they claim someone will come spray, they show up eventually, do a half-assed job, ants are back by the next week.

Have asked them several times to fix our outside banister, it is full of termites. Yesterday they finally seemed to do something, they have spray-painted a black stripe on it apparently indicating it will get fixed eventually.

Toilets clog up constantly. Be prepared to be an amateur plumber. Got my license plate stolen off my car 2 months after moving here, apparently this was a huge problem, has been OK lately.

THE WORST THING IS THE DAMN WATER. It is off right now, they claim another valve broke, this has happened 5 times in the past 6 months. Never a notice or an apology from office staff, just excuses and we have had no water all day, they claim it will be fixed within the next 2 hours.

So sick and tired of this place.
