Apartment Floorplan is awesome! Staff is not! Hardly ever answer the phone, you always have to leave a message and then wait on them to call you back. There are absurd limitations to what you can & can't have on your own damn porch in which you pay an obscene amount of money to have in the first place! No assigned parking - one resident can have ten vehicles and park them all in front oh his apartment & you just have to deal with it! Pool is so cloudy (with god knows what!)you can't even see 2 feet in front of you while swimming in it. Spa is almost unbearable to sit in - smells of urine everytime I go to it.
