Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007
well I know people never listen, but thought i'd share some Pros and cons about this place
Pros :
-very clean apartments
-very quite and trees all around makes this place standout among others.
-managment staff are so freindly
-very safe place to live in, nice pool, gym, and hot tub.
-
Cons :
-water cut off every month at least twice.
-water pipes are so cheap they keep breaking up ( even though they started
to replace them after several apartments got flooded, including mine)!
- rent goes up 30$ each leasing term!
- you will never find a parking space if you come home after 7 pm, maybe on the other side of the complex!
rent started at 640....670....700... and now 720 and for 720 !
