J.S.V is a ok apartment complex. Apartment is quiet.
My only concerns are that the water pipes seem to ALWAYS have to be worked on and it gets shut down constantly. Parking is bad, imagine going to the mall on christmas that is how it is if your not here by 6 or 7. And parking stalls are an extra $20.00 a month. For the amount you pay they should be included. And if they did include at least one spot to each apartment then the parking situation WOULD not be a problem. The parking ports always seem to be open throughout the entire complex day and night.
My biggest problem is the fact that we had our apartment attempted to be broken into. Were on the top unit and seems as though this is a issue here. Talking to a few different people the same thing has happend to them at this apartment complex, All on the top floor.
Lighting on portions of the complex are poor and many dark areas at night. Issue noted and excuse is they are suppose to turn on and off....

I am not sure if I would recommend this place to people or not.. Its a toss up.
