Why' Because now the staff has sent out a notice that the children are no longer aloud to ride there bikes, scooters or skate boards in the parking lot! Are you serious' Where do they go then to ride there stuff. There is a small playground that is falling apart and they are doing nothing to make it better. If you have kids DONT move here or your kids will be very board because the managment thinks the way to handle children that run around the complex without suoervision is to make ALL the children suffer. This is stupid we pay WAY to much here to not let our kids play during the day freely! If you dont have kids all should be good except that the apartments are very exspinsive and the pool is ALWAYS ALWAYS DIRTY!!! Good luck finding your new home I hope if it is here you will be able to find the happiness myself and ALL of my neighbors CANT find.

I live here and it isn't that bad. I have lived here for a year now. The area is nice and there is not THAT many children running around. The gym is small and little Mexico, but that is about it.

Ooh, children can't run around unsupervised in the parking lot where cars drive anymore? I should move back in there, would have been nice to not have that early morning heart attack every day as some little snotnose comes darting out from nowhere. Unfortunately there are tons of them in the complex and your own special preciouses can't be singled out for special allowance to ride around in the dangerous parking lot. Take them to the park, or ride on the really long walking/bike trail that's right behind the property?

Taking kids to the park or a trail is fine, but when you work 8 hours a day and you have someone taking care of them there should be no reason that they cant ride outside with supervision! These apts are falling apart! Try finding a parking spot! You cant, instead you have the cops writing you tickets because you parked on the street because the apt manager feels that there should be no limit to how many cars you can have! I would love for my kids to be able to play at the park every day or go on the trail but FACT is that this is our home for now and we shouldn't have to leave to ride bikes because people in the apts cant watch there speed and respect there neighbors. Beside just from hearing you call them snotnose brats shows you must not be a parent and if you are you suck at it! Grow up and relise that apt or not kids need to play and have fun and if adults dont want to be grown up about it and be watchfull then they should move into a cummunity where children are not aloud or and old folks home! There all over do it!
