the management does not handle things well. they are rude and think they are on some high horse. they send out letters that are not correct we got a letter saying we didnt pay our rent which was false. parking is a huge problem, and if you park on the street tickets are handed out. pool was always dirty during the summer. hot tub hasnt been warm at all. when we moved in our apartment was not up to standards painting on wall was poorly done, we had cochroaches when we moved in and they expected us to catch one to prove it or else they werent going to send someone to take care of them. weve written request for our showers to be fixed and they still havent been after 2 months of leaking. the only brightside is our neighbors are pretty nice!

You are so right! I hate this place too and soon we will be gone! Thank god! You said it with the managment they are rude and all they do is take care of the little crap that pesty neigbors complain about instead of the big things, like our apt we are supposed to be able to call HOME! What a joke with the parking, this place allows way to many vehicles per apt! We just paid a ticket for parking as well! Let face it, if you have cocharoaches in your apt you need to leave! The are deise infested and will make you sick! I wouldnt live there for one day if I saw those! You should report the apt managment company to the health dept! Good luck but I would do what we are doing and that is getting OUT!!!
