Where to start... I have lived here for several months. The management when I moved in was very friendly and quite helpful. However, there has been a change in management and at times it is almost unbearable to live here. ANY problem that arises is not addressed by management in a professional manner. If you're lucky you will get a "im sorry about that" response. some of the problems I have needed help with are the following:
Uhaul blocking 7-10 parking spaces while parked in a fire zone for over 24 hours.
Psycho neighbors
dogs barking all hours of the night
Pool gate locked so 24 hr fitness room is inaccessible w no notice
painters painting outside bedroom windows at 7 am
buildings being primed with no other paint for 2 months

in each case, management did nothing to help me.

When i moved in i would have highly recommended this apartment complex, however, you would be crazy to sign a leasing agreement under this incompetent management.

Finally, i would like to say that I am not a titrating angry tenant who is doing this review to spite Jackson School Village. The beliefs written here are of various other occupants. I simply want people to know that there have to be better places out there than this.
