I need to talk to an office staff member so I went to the office at 2pm. The sign said will return at 2:30pm. I returned at 2:40pm, the sign said will return at 3:00pm. Went at 3pm, the sign said will return at 4:25pm. Basically I finally got in the office at 4:55pm. At that point they had no more time to talk to me because they were with a prospective. Maintenance was ok but not great. Office staff could care less about residents. They just want their commission for prospectives. Trashy neighbors.

I object to your negative review. You say you were there at this time and at that time, but did it ever occur to you that the office staff is also entitled to a lunch break, not just you? And you say that they were with prospects, but again, did it ever occur to you that they were not in the office because they were on a tour? Or maybe there was an emergency somewhere? You probably didn't think about that. You're probably an extremely needy person whose needs must me met at the exact time you want them met. I lived there back in 98 and stayed for 4 years up until I bought my house. Yes, there were times when the office was closed (like holidays when people should be with loved ones!), but all in all, the place IS NOT A DUMP, grounds are kept nice and NO, there are not trashy neighbors, although I would hate to be yours! I hope for the sake of that staff, that you no longer live there. They're better off without you........there's always someone that can never be pleased. Another thing, look at the other reviews, does it say anywhere that the staff doesn't care?? No, it sure doesn't.

I agree with Nate. I've lived at Landmark almost a year now and the staff has consistently bent over backwards to be helpful and friendly. As far as neighbors go, I've got a very friendly retired couple living above me and a very quiet Intel employee above them. Across the lawn is a nice-looking couple with a new baby. THAT is the kind of renter you generally find at Landmark. Also, I've needed maintenence a couple times and as soon as I've let them know, they've been right on top of it. Oh, and there's an Intel discount...I think it's $100 off the first month's rent and they waive the deposit, but don't quote me on that.
