Overall.......pretty good. Cheap rent, you get to park in front of your apartment, nice grounds by the landscapers, quick to fix stuff in apartment and girls are nice in office.

bad stuff.........hot tub seems to break down often, older place so looks outdated. Carpet is very old in my place.
