Good fences make good neighbors...

Nice and clean there have been little maintenence issues, and the few they have had were handled in a decent time frame.
Most are nice neighbors and very friendly. The only thing bad about this place is one of our neighbors has changed roomates several times and the one they have now parties ALL THE TIME.... I kid you not she has people comeing and going on the hour... well through the night and I mean ALL night long ... I'm thinking I live next to a crack house or a bordello.
BUT they are nice
