The only complaint I have is that the applicances are pretty cheap, but this is more than made up for with the speed they replace/repair them. The desk folks are really nice and I would not hesitate recommending this place to anyone. If you have a bottom floor (required for pets) there can be upstairs noise and for some reason the water seems really loud at night, but that's probably because the place is so quiet you hear the pipes. There is a nice treed area behind the complex and a good pool. In Dec 2006, there was a tremendous wind storm that knocked trees down citywide and tore rain gutters down, but this was repaired quite fast. They are in the process of repainting when the rainy season started, so the appearance is kinda rough now. I am very satisfied.
