Wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy!

These apartments are outdated, old appliances, mold issues, nasty carpeting, and the pool is awful! I lived at Landmark for almost 5 years.
The rent kept going up every time my lease was up, but the apartments never got any better! I would never recommend these apartments to anyone.
As a matter of fact, I have several friends who have rented at this property and will tell you the same thing.
Go to one of the adjacent complexes.
You will get a much nicer apartment for the same price.

A note on prices (and I am *not* apartment management) I was upset when they raised my rent by a hundred dollars at renewal, but I'd gotten the apartment on special originally. Still I checked the prices at adjacent complexes and they were still much higher - like at least a hundred more than the new rent. It is an older complex but I still feel like I'm getting more for my money here than I would at the other places.
