If you want to keep your sanity and not hear BS, then do not lease in Landmark.

Your car won't be safe, too many hit and runs in in the community.

So be ready for fixing your car, if you ask for reserved parking spot, you won't find any.
Staff are helpless, they can be nice , but useless.

Maintenance guys are lazy and inefficient, they would fix the thing 4 or 5 times before they get it right.

If for example you toilet is blocked in the weekend, they would call it non emergency and would leave the disgusting dirt as it is, as long as you have another small bathroom, then it is not their problem.

You keep hearing all lame excuses , like someone called in sick today blah blah blah.

Bottom line, there are lots of places around it with a much higher value, so add extra 100 bucks and buy your piece of mind.
I am definitely not renewing the lease with them
