Management is rarely in the office posted hours.
Consistantly I get home between 4 and 5 and go to check packages and they will be gone already (posted hours are until 6pm).
Car broken into the first week I moved into the apartments.
Police said that it had been happening a lot and management had no plans to increase visibility in lot or increase lighting.
Water Billings are completely irregular.
Julys bill (due 5th') came on the 27th, August's bill came the 15th due the 1st'
Was double billed and they didn't do anything to help fix it.
Obviously lack of care for long term tenants. Someone complained my vehical didn't move enough for them. They managed to post a notice the car was to be towed less then 24 hours before the dated tow time. Calling them on this they claimed I was calling them liars and stopped talking to me, after they have you in a lease they have no care for keeping tenants happy.

I agree, don't ever plan to do anything within 45 minutes of the office closing!!!
