Nice units, but overpriced.

Nice places, great kitchens (MAN I miss that part!!), friendly neighbors.

The maintenance & management staff were friendly, though management could be a little snobbish at times.

Parking for multiple cars and/or visitors was a challenge - *very* limited spaces within the complex; on-street parking was usually full with residents.

One bonus: they allowed us to paint interior walls the colors of our choice if we painted them back to white before we left.

Good experience living there, although I would shop around for a better deal if I had it to do over again.
