OK, the place looks like a giant, garish dollhouse, abusively thrust into what was once quiet Hillsboro farmland.

I lived here when "phase 2" of the development was brand new. All of the other comments regarding the construction of these units is true. Walls are thin. The floor creaks and you will find the odd hole, nail, block of wood under the carpet as you walk around the apartment.

The amenities here, however, are nice. The tri-level townhome gives even a small floorplan the illusion of space. A garage is key for storage purposes. The fitness center and pool in the main clubhouse were both in fine shape.

Favorite thing about the surrounding area was the relative proximity of Evergreen Cinemas.

I eventually left when I grew bored with the oppressively dull Tanasbourne area.
