overprices; poor maintenance

Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2003
thin walls; no response by management on noise issues; poor response on maintenance requests (they get "lost" -- maintenance men aren't -- pulling teeth springs to mind when thinking about the famous "rent back" policy if they go over their deadline. Still trying to get deposits back. Good lip service to customer service, but that's it. With all the apartments available, they wouldn't negotiate lease renew -- better packages if you're brand new than if you're renewing. Parking for guests is non-existant.
