High priced cluster of cheaply constructed apts.

I've lived here since eary this year and upon move-in, the place was immaculate. The management is kind and really pay attention to detail, however the construction of the plae leaves much to be desired. From the familiar squeaks in the floorboards from ascending the stairs or accross ANY floor above ground, tho the tribal bomms of the neighbors new stereo it has shown to be shoddy work. There are also bits and pieces of construction material stuck under the carpets lovingly left for you by some contractors, along with a hole or two in the floors which are also covered.
