Ghetto From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 11/8/2003 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2003   Way to busy of a community, no visitor parking since half of the townhouses are missing driveways and the tenants park in the visitor parking, which brings in the tow trucks that tow people constanly and charge outrageous fees $200 . Staff at move out was inconsiderate, rude and could care less since your moving and we got a nice fat bill for cleaning, when we left the place spotless. I would suggest the Collonade if you want a townhouse, much quieter, cheaper, and i didn't get charged any cleaning fees and did a half ass cleaning job at move out. Also got charged for the bathroom sink ficture that fell apatr, not because of me, but because it is cheaply made
