Horrible Place, bad construction, lip service from management

I lived at LionsGate for a year and decided
not to renew.
I was so displeased with them
that I came back to write this review
even if I am never going to have anything
to do with them again.
In short, it is a row of cardboard
boxes painted
up nicely with the worst construction
material, ever.
Looks like they cut corners
in construction to make a quick buck during
the hig-tech boom, now, this place is a
dump.
Walls and floors shake when neighbors
are taking a walk, if they party, God
help you.
Speaking of dump, the place has one dumpster
that is half a mile away if you live at
the perimeter.
They charge you for water,
they charge you for sewer, they have the
nerve to charge you for garbage, they give
you the feeling that you should be happy
they didn't charge you for breathing the
air around them.
Very expensive, most families choose not to
stay because they might as well own/rent
a house.
In order to make money somehow,
they get college kids to share and rent.
With poor construction and college kids
partying next door till 3 AM, you might
as well live next to the railroads.
Management is all about lip-service.
Sometimes they decide to return a call
after three days, sometimes, they
have better things to do than talk to your
lowly self.
Having lived at Lions Gate, I have decided
never to live at a TCRS property again.
Remember, outward appearances can be
deceptive!
