The staff at Lionsgate is a joke. My neighbor had a problem with me for some reason and would make complaints when I was not even home. I got written up when I was out of the country, and they did not even send security to investigate the supposed complaint when it happened. The place is a joke. Here are a couple of reasons why:
1 dumpster / big complex
Stuck-up, worthless staff
Very limited parking
Cheap construction
Cheap carpet
Cheap paint
Doors that leak cold air = $200 electric bill
Cardboard-thick walls
Surprising amount of theft
And the list goes on and on...just don't waste your time and money. The place completely sucks.
