FOR THOSE OF YOU THINKING OF RENTING FROM LIONSGATE, YOURE BETTER RENTING A HOTEL FOR THE THE YEAR!!!!!!!!!!!!!

AND OH YEAH MANGEMENT IS A HIGH TURN-OVER RATE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

However, I believe since the new management company took over several months ago, there is now a deposit required before a satellite dish can be installed. The deposit was not the case when TCRS managed the property. > electricity is $200.00 a month. Lousy insulation. I've lived at Lionsgate for a few years and my electricity bill has never been over about $90 in the winter. This is for a two bedroom unit.
