IF YOU WANT TO LIVE IN NIGHTMARE - LIONSGATE IS THE PLACE.

MILE WALK TO THE ONLY DUMSTER
HAD PROBLEMS W/ GARAGE DOOR, H20 HEATER AND PARKING!!
MGMT IS A JOKE!!
GOT GOT BROKEN INTO IN DAYLIGHT!!!
WORST PLACE i HAVE EVER LIVED IN!!

i HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND !!!!
I REGRET REFERRING FRIENDS.

I WAS ASHAMED...

Live there and contant police at weekend nights to interrupt parties!!!

pool is always close due to maintenance

electricity is $200.00 a month.

Lousy insulation.

Balcony is flimsy

NO DISHNETWORK ALLOWED IN THE COMPLEX!!

THERE ARE ONLY 2 MAINTENANCE GUYS FOR THE ZILLIONS OF UNITS---SOMEHTING TO THINK ABOUT

YOU WILL GET COMPLAINT NOTICES FROM MANAGEMENT DEPARTMENT FOR NO REASONS

PEOPLE KEEPS PARKING IN YOU ONLY (1) PARKING SPOT.

FOR THOSE OF YOU THINKING OF RENTING FROM LIONSGATE, YOURE BETTER RENTING A HOTEL FOR THE THE YEAR!!!!!!!!!!!!!

AND OH YEAH MANGEMENT IS A HIGH TURN-OVER RATE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

AAAAHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!! SHOULD BE CALLED THE
