I wanted a townhome and compared to two other places, i liked this one best.

I agree the parking is slim, but i do park in my garage and not stuff it full of things.

I hardly hear my neighbors.

And when I do, it's called "community living" get a house if you don't want to hear your neighbor.

At least I dont have someone walking above me at night when I am trying to sleep.

That's great.

I read another reveiw and the $200 heating bill is bull----! Ever hear of keeping your windows closed' My largest bill for my 2 bedroom was $110 last January 2005.

Anyway, It is nice and I don't have issues with the managment cause I just pay my rent and not expect more.
