Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004
Pros:
1) Good Neighbors mostly.
Some apartments have younger people rooming together and they frequently have loud parties (this is a con!)
2) Great location.
3) Spacious.
4) Complex grounds are well maintained
5) Old management was good about responding to problems
Cons:
1) Lack of parking spaces.
Don't invite guests over because you won't find parking.
And if they do find parking, then it's likely to be towed away for some obscure reason.
(happened twice to me but sued them both times and got my money back).
They have a private towing company constantly driving through the complex trying to make a quick buck.
2) Very thin walls.
It's really bad.
I could hear my neighbor use the bathroom sometimes (especially at night when it's really quiet)
3) Apartments are getting old, and creaky.
