I have lived here for over 5 years and just too lazy to move. The staff change on a regular basis and have no clue as to what is going on. They don't communicate with anyone and will flat out make stuff up just to get you off the phone. You have to follow up with them on a regular basis if you want anything fixed. Luckily, I finally got descent neighbors. The carpet has to be the worst quality ever and I am terrified to see what I have to pay when I move because it is literally falling apart in areas after this many years.
