I cannot understand the bad reviews. I've lived here since Jan. 2006 (that's 9 months) and it's the best place I've ever lived. I've had no problems with the staff or neighbors and I work nights, sleep days. Love the grounds, the location and having enough space to feel truly 'at home' and a garage (which is especially great when I come home around 3 or 4 in the morning). No need to rent extra storage space or rent a parking space like other places I've been. Everything works from fans to appliances. Love the fireplace, too. Hope this helps someone looking for a place where you feel safe and love the feel of a little village and like the closeness of Streets of Tanasbourne.

Who knows, since there is revolving door staffing here. This post is probably the only thing this person accomplished while working here.

"Pay no attention to the man behind the curtain!" That may work in the movies, but in real life, Lionsgate SUCKS!!! The management is corrupt and will steal your money. Expect homeless people near the garbage dumpsters and maintenance that is either too lazy or too stupid to repair ANYTHING! Whomever wrote this review (Management) is not only dishonest, but also too stupid to even make it believable.
