Ok I lived here for a year because I had a 12 month lease. I did love the community but I got a strange feeling right away. The staff wasn't very helpful they almost forced me to leave an application and I ended up renting anyway. Bad mistake on my part. I would urge everyone to trust thier first instincts. If the staff can't even be nice than why would I want to live there. The product looks great on the outside but it is cheap and not good quality and they don't do a thing to take care of the stuff that breaks. Oh and watch out for that low rent to begin with they will raise it up about 300 bucks!!!
