Don't be fooled by the exterior beauty.
Dealing with the unprofessional, unorganized, management staff is not worth it.
The management team was turned 3 times during the 1 year that I spent in the Lions Den, and each time they got increasingly worse.
If you're serious about moving into these town homes, I would suggest talking to some of the residents first.
Management is slow to react on any and all issues, including the mold that was discovered in my children s closet due to the leaky roof.
Should you decide to "chance it" and move in, do yourself a favor and document EVERYTHING.
Chances are you'll need it in court.

While I'm glad to see the Lion's Den is taking more of a proactive approach to their mess of an operation, it's sad that a member of their management has to waste their time reviewing and responding to their apartment ratings. Had they been doing their jobs from the start all of the listings would be positive (or at least neutral)and they wouldn't have an approval rating of less the 25%. Ouch! I'd also like to add that a work request was submitted but as with all requests the management team was slow to act despite the health risks involved. There should be paperwork to back up this complaint, but I'm sure as other users have pointed out managemnet most likely misplaced it. Do yourself a favor and do your homework before moving to the Lion's Den.

Sorry to inform you - but this is not a member of management. Just a renter that understands procedure knows that everywhere you go, nothing will ever be perfect.
