I really wish I had the means to leave this place immediately. My safety concerns have gone unaddressed for months. The staff takes thingswrong and gets defensive. They have even lied. I am elevating my problems to an attorney and maybe even a local tv station. This place makes the outside look wonderful but neglects the residents once they have you trapped in your lease. I am very disheartened to bear witness and have this happen to me. Is there a good place to live in this area with staff that is honest and has integrity'...not at LionsGate.

I understand your frustration I also have had problems with them as a vendor I am putting wanting to hear from anyone who has problems with property Management compaines you rent from them you have a right to be heard send me your story to duckslayer69@hotmail.com

Lived in Lionsgate 2 years ago. I love the floor plan however, the maintenance staff is incompetent at best. The office personnel are clueless and refuse to enforce the rules. In fact, the management refuses to do anything that relates to their responsibilities. If you want to get Karen Appel's (the manager) attention, the only way is to NOT pay rent and wait for them to get in touch. Short of that, they will NEVER respond. The management has the collective moral IQ of a sewer rat.

Lion's Gate is a beautiful community. The staff at Lion's Gate is universally incompetent, lazy and often impolite. The management company benefits from an excellent location and terrific floor plans. By EVERY other measure, the staff diminishes what would otherwise be, a perfect living experience.
