Parking is rough. Management made some promises when I moved in about fixing the parking problem by making people use their garages for their cars and not for storage. It apparently never happened, because I sit in the living room and watch people drive around the block looking for a parking spot.
Maintenance is the worst I've experienced. Things that I put down on my move-in inspection are still broken, and more stuff has broken since then. When I call to ask about it, I get a different story every time. First it's "send us a fax with the problem" then its "we need an email from you" but nothing ever happens. I've only been here for 2 months, so the rest of this lease is gonna suck.
The floor plans are really cool, and the landscaping makes this look like an expensive place. In reality the places are cheaply built with the lowest cost fixtures and management does as little as possible to make repairs.

Ask for the manager, and if that doesn't work call their corporate office in Vancouver. They are a joke. Also, if you do anything with them and the promise you anything, get it in writing. When they were part of Tamarrel Crow they were pretty descent.. Lately, not so great. If you complain they will tell you, maybe you need to find another apartment complex. Bad customer service and follow through, especially ----- who couldn't remember her own name without her name tag. If it weren't for having wonderful neighbors I would have moved long ago. Don't expect any follow through by the any of them as the maintenance manager is just as bad as the office staff. He would rather spend his days driving around on the golf carts with one leg out than actually fix anything.
