I resided at Lionsgate for two years. I love the floor plan however, the maintenance staff is incompetent (at best)and the office personnel are clueless. They refuse to enforce the rules or do their jobs (e.g. refusal to confront people who fail to dispose their pet's dog poo, scumbags throwing their pitbulls into the swimming pool and swimming with them, teenagers skateboarding into the swimming pool, hot tubs inoperable for 6-8 months at a time, swimming pools inoperable for years at a time) . It is really unfortunate, because this is a beautiful property with great local schools. It is also convenient to Winco, Target, Fred Meijer, Safeway and CARL's Jr. They also had the audacity to raise the rent with the property not being maintained. Therefore...I moved to Palladia.

Totally and 100% agree with you, without descriptive narrative, and using words of the common man...this place sucks! Don't waste your time or money here!

This review is right on! The staff is either retarded, dishonest or both. They hit me up for $1800 in "damages" after I left. They never mentioned anything when I conducted the move-out inspection. Big surprise!
