Prometheus Property management is now running the show at Lionsgate South.
Unfortunately, they are as diseased as Holland Residential (the previous management company).
I responded to an ad on craigslist that listed a 3 bedroom/3 bath unit for $1171/mo and two months free rent with a signed 12 month lease.
When I contacted them, a guy named Justin stated that they were not running any specials.
When I directed him to the craigslist ad, he pretended to be unaware of the specials.
He placed me on hold for a few minutes and then said that the manager denied placing any of the ads on craigslist (even though they contain html from the company's web site).
He then said that the best they could do was $1490 per month.
Bottom line....stay away from this obvious bait & switch tactic.
These guys are total scumbags!

Totally and 100% agree with you, without descriptive narrative, and using words of the common man...this place sucks! Don't waste your time or money here!

This review is right on! The staff is either --------, dishonest or both. They hit me up for $1800 in "damages" after I left. They never mentioned anything when I conducted the move-out inspection. Big surprise!

I agree. I don't have a dog - yet my drive was constantly covered with dog poo. I was told I would have to apprehend the offending animals and owners myself. Someone threw up in front of my door, and it took over 24 hours for the maintenance staff over 24 hours to come by with a hose. This place is disgusting.
