I have really enjoyed my time at LionsGate. The landscaping is nice. There's a beautiful park and forest right behind my townhome. I really don't know why people complain so much about the maintenance people because every time I have needed help, they have come and done a great job. They even brought over a light bulb when we told them ours had gone out.
And I have never once had an issue with packages. I can't understand how something so simple could make people so angry. You go into the leasing office, tell them you want your package, and they go in the back and give it to you. I've received over 15 packages in the last year, and I have not once had a problem.
Anyway, I love it here. I have never once heard my neighbors through the walls. I sleep in peace.

I tend to agree with you. The only exception was that I had absolutely horrible illegals living next door to me. The were noisy at all hours, sloppy and miserable to live next to. It took them a year to get them out.
The managers have been good except for Todd/Tom(?). He was rude and often abrupt when you brought up concerns to him. generally, I think it's a nice place to live and would recommend it.

Lion's Gate is a beautiful community. However the statement regarding the maintenance personnel is virtually inexplicable. (My guess is that maintenance brought the light bulb to you because they were too incompetent to install it.) The staff at Lion's Gate is universally incompetent, lazy and often impolite. The management company benefits from an excellent location and terrific floor plans. By EVERY other measure, the staff diminishes what would otherwise be, a perfect living experience.

This is a review by Karen Appel...no other tenant of Lionsgate is so thoroughly and transparently dishonest. The staff at Lionsgate SUCKS!!! It is that simple. No one who has ever lived at this place would make the utterly ridiculous statements as were made in your "review". The maintenance, management and staff are ubiquitously self-obsessed and lazy. These people are SCUMBAGS.

Karen Appel has been a sales assoicate with LionsGate for more the four years. She is educated and honest. The community is nice and keep up. If you have any questions consurnes or comments please feel free to call the office and ask for Dena Diteman the property manager.

The $2.00 you saved on the light bulb now wont make up for the hundreds you'll lose in the winter due to the lack of insulation in the walls and drafts from the doors and windows. Although the homes look very nice, they are poorly constructed.
