I lived here for 9 months, and I checked a few times to see what they were charging other people and we were charged more seemingly arbitrarily. The often told us incorrect information and didn't fix things they said they would fix. I thought the location was great. And they were lenient about pet numbers and size. They should have been more stringent about policing people's pet clean up (require people to have bags tied to the leash and fine when they didn't, not that that makes someone use it, but it is a step forward.) I wouldn't recommend living here too highly.
