Everyone is moving out of here and im joining them next month. The location is awesome and the places are cool looking but the management here is the worst ive ever seen. maintenance never gets done, everyone in the office is pretty rude. there are signs everywhere offering to pay people to stay. i dont get it - instead of trying to get unhappy people to stay, why not try to make people a little happier about this place' replace the maintenance staff, make the rental office accountable, remind everyone in the office why theyre here, that sort of thing. the way it is now, the residents are a bother to the staff and they show it. nobody smiles and says hi, nothing ever gets done, and me and my neighbors get this feeling in the rental office that youd better not piss anyone off in the office or ask for anything because its this monumental chore to get it done.
im lucky that my lease is up. there are others in my row that are leaving before their leases are done and they are just going to pay the extra month. this is just one of those places where it looks good on the outside but its hell once you get here.

I lived at Lions Gate. Now I live in a nice place. Lionsgate is a ghetto.

Ha! Not everyone is moving out... I'm still at LionsGate and when/if I move it will be because I move out of state. Therefore, here's a post for all the HAPPY people that don't need to take the time to complain about stuff. I've had nothing but good experiences in the 2.5 plus years that I've been at LG. If you are so unhappy, then it probably is best to find something that works for you. Since there is no perfect place, LG is the next best thing. I love my place, the location, AND the staff... all of them from management to maintenance. Again, so sorry you are sad.
