More problems galore...

Keep in mind that if you park in an undesignated space, or in a red zone, your car will be towed within five minutes. They have a contract with SafeGuard towing, who patrols the complex heavily nightly, and especially on the weekends. You will not see your car again unless you fork over $305 to get it out, assuming you can afford to get it the same night.
The heating/cooling bills of your apartment will be astronomical. An average bill through the winter will be around $150. That is with standard usage, not by blasting the heater all night and day. They claim the windows are triple paned, but they do nothing to trap heat inside. Unless, of course, it's the middle of summer, when you want the heat to escape. If you don't have an AC unit hanging from your window (no apartments have central air), your apartment will be a blazing inferno throughout the day and into the night. There is no escaping the heat in these apartments unless you sleep in the garage or are fortunate enough to have an apartment with an additional room downstairs. These will be the only places with liveable air temperature in the summer.

Everyone we knew that lived there no longer does...speaks volumes of this place. At all costs avoid it. The friends we had that moved but needed to stay in the area went to Palladia.

What's with you guys. I LOVE my place and even got a friend to move in, too. That speaks more volumes than the complaints I read. I'm so sorry that you did not have a good experience. I did sign my contract before viewing it, too, by the way. I moved from a 2bdrm to a 1bdrm because of personal reasons. I hated to, but now I really like the smaller place. I've not had a lick of trouble getting anything fixed when I ask. In fact, I've found over the time I've lived at LG that everyone is MORE than helpful. I even was off work for two months because of surgery and did just fine. Hey, if you aren't happy with something that is done, then ask again. It's that way anywhere you go. I am one of those "spots" you think aren't used. I work nights, so you won't usually see my vehicle in my reserved spot, but that's the point. It's mine for when I need it. Anyway, again, sorry you are having a bad time. Again, I love LionsGate, the people, the location and my beautiful home and garage. There are other places, but I'm definitely not interested in them.
