First of all, who are the people writing these patently fake glowing reviews of this dump' My experience at Lionsgate sucked!!! The leasing agents are liars.
I was told that I would be living in a safe and quite place.
That, of course, was not what happened.
My neighbors were loud and just didn't respect anyone living at this community.
I did complain that my children and I were being kept up until 3 or 4 am every night.
Per usual, the management did nothing.
Needless to say, that was not the end of the BS we experienced.
Let's move on to the maintenance...what a bunch of losers!!! When my water heater broke, they did nothing.
After living without hot water for 3 days, the maintenance did nothing but make excuses as to why they could not fix or replace it.
In fact, it was only after I threatened to begin bathing in the swimming pool that anyone got off their lazy asses and did anything.
Also, the only ceiling fan in the apartment broke (keep in mind that these units are NOT air conditioned).
I called and requested that the maintenance ----- come over and fix it.
Minutes later, a mexican, who could not speak a word of english arrived to save the day (NOT!).
Through my limited grasp of spanish, I understood him to say that he didn't have the correct tool and would need to retrieve it in order to make the repair.
So he left and didn't come back for 10 weeks! Lastly, instead of letting me know that my lease was due to expire, the management took it upon themselves to renew my lease and lock me in for an additional year at a higher rent.
They now say that I owe them a butt-load of money and have reported me to all three credit bureaus.
This place may look like a nice place to live but beware, they will screw you!!!

I have no idea why you had such a bad experience... I've been at LG for over 2.5 years and a friend of mine moved here, too. Actually they have been at LG for a year and just renewed their lease. These are not fake reports but ones that need to counter the horrible reports that have been written about the place I live. My experience with the staff -- from management to maintenance -- has been great. They have all been professional, friendly, and prompt. Again, so sorry you had less than glowing experiences. I do know that some neighbors are noisy -- but that happens anywhere you go. My husband and I owned a home and thought we would have peace and quiet -- NOT! The neighbors had all boys and they built a motor cross, dirt bike track in their backyard! My husband worked nights and had to sleep with earplugs. Like I said, no matter where you live, you can find something bad to say about it. Good luck on finding your perfect place. I'm happy with LionsGate South.
