Thank you fellow resident for an awesome post. I've been at LG over 2.5 years and have lived in both a 2-bdrm and currently in a 1-bdrm. I am happy to see someone else taking the time to cheer our management and maintenance staff on. You've probably read some of the horrible things that have been written, but with several hundred other people living at LG, there must be other happy residents, too. Welcome to our grand community and thanks for your uplifting post.

Ha! new residents fooled again! Pretty much like buying a used car....nice until your in it! And the owners, Holland Residential is right up to par with the sub-standardness of Lions Gate and it's staff. I placed numerous phone calls and messages with them and never once got a reply. Yes granted some folks think Lions Gate is a great place and have no problems. Beautiful, they probably are content with the US government too and think that our government isn't corrupt! So in true fashion, "BE A GOOD AMERICAN (or Lionsgate resident), KEEP YOUR BLINDERS ON" But I must say I wised up not too much room to complain when I am the moron that moved in, I smarted up and bought a house.

Sounds like someone's been drinking the free Lions Gate Koolaid. I made that mistake too when i signed my lease. Let's check back in 6-12 months and see if they're still raving fans.

You all are just so negative - maybe you should try working in they're shoes to see what its really like to try to please the residents but also abide by the policy, rules and regulations, and follow the law all at the same time.

To put it simple LIONS GATE ------- SUCKS. The maintenace guys are so called pool guys that cant get nothing right. The hot tub jets have not worked in over two weeks. The pool is a waste tank wonder if that is where are waste goes after we flush are toilet. hmmm The mens restroom in the weight room hasen't had had soap in weeks, And to think the staff sits 10 feet from the restroom and are to lazy to fill the soap. I talked to a resident the other day that said they had a tree that was growing into there bedroom. They requested the tree be trimed but low and behold never got done. They ended up trimming it themselves. They could not even open there widow due to the large hole in the screen. Another thing that I wonder about is why the maintenance men drive there little golf carts around late at night with no head lights. If your looking for a place to live.........Do not get sucked in here you will regret it. I would love to get all the unhappy residents here together and pitition about this place on the coner of overlook and cornell. If interested post it. LETS DO IT AND SEE IF WE CAN CHANGE THE WAY THINGS ARE RUN AROUND HERE. Cheers

I don't live at LG. I live next door at Palladia. I like Palladia for the most part. But the problem I have with LG is that they don't clean up their tenants filth around the complex. You can see it from the park path. It's a mess. Also, they don't clean up the graffiti on their walls. There are lot's of hoodlums that live there and vandalize the community. I called management twice asking them to clean up the garbage and graffiti outside their complex. Other people called too. But they never cleaned it up. It's still there. The place has gone to hell. I hate living next door to them. Tenants there are rude and noisy, and don't pick up their dog's ---- at the park.
