I overlooked the other negative reviews for Lionsgate and my husband and I rented a townhouse here a few months ago. Big mistake! We have had nothing but problems from day one. Our leasing agent blatantly lied to us about several things, including how much it would cost if we had to break our lease. We were told it would be about $1400 and instead it is costing us $5000 to get out of here. Plus we wanted a six month lease and through some ol' bait and switch tactics (new paperwork printed, "need your signature again," etc) we found out that we were tricked into getting a one year lease! I have nothing good to say about this place and can't get out of here soon enough. Renters beware!

They did the same thing to us. Switched the lease and added an extra YEAR!!! Total scumbags.
