Overall the community is good. I was told utilities wouldn't run over $40.00 a month...turns out to be about $60-$70 dollars a month! And watch out for winter weather, the heating bill goes up to $100 and this for a studio(crash pad unit). Using the a/c isn't so bad, it stays at a good range of about $30 - $35 (depending how much you use it, I have only used it about 5 times during the summer).

My thing is that before I moved into these apartments, it was stated in the Oregonian that the beautiful courtyard would be complete by March 2008. Now for those of you have lived in since the apartments inception, you know we haven't been able to enjoy this beautiful courtyard and pool...which sucks!

One more thing, if you plan on taking a shower for more than 15 minutes, the hot water runs out! If you like baths, don't bet on a full bath, more like two inches of bath water.

I can't for my lease to run out.

I don't plan sticking around.

How can you complain about nexus because you ran up your PGE bill???? Thats not the apartments fault, thats yours. Try turning off a few lights.
