1) they present themselves with awards
2) they will lie to you about anything from the initial deposit to follow up services
3) they will target you and your children and make it difficult to live there
- my family and I moved into these apartments soon after joining Intel and have never had a moments peace. while we attempted to speak to the propery manager, and her superior, no call is ever returned.
- a person name "----" introduced herself when we asked to speak to a manager about an odd phone message they had left, only to find out later that she is not a manager at all.
- any attempt to speak to the 'simpson propery group' fails
- there is a constant problem with people parking in front of out garage, yet the management will not allow us have these vehicles towed (the police need to be called)

Holy Cow!! I currently live at Nexus and have been here from the beginning. Amazing! That's what the office personnel have been in every aspect of my experience. I cannot sit by and let this guy post his/her nonsense. I don't know what kind of person he/she is, but it is obvious through their creative spelling and sentence structure, education is not too important. You ever lived in an apartment where the Tow Trucks poach the area and look for any reason to take your car? Maybe you parked in a fire zone to run back upstairs and kiss your family goodbye one more time; just to find out your car was towed? This hasn't happened at Nexus. If there's an issue with improper parking, which by the way has happened to me, it is addressed. I am guessing the person that put up the above post could not get his pacer out of the garage because it would not start and they were upset. I suppose a large beautiful complex with a park, pool, workout room, great and responsive maintenance crew is not enough for some. I find it odd that being familiar with the area and honestly knowing how the Nexus dumpsters look like, this individual felt the need to take a picture of some dumpster and posted it here to imply its Nexus. What a Moron. I am glad my family and I moved here and would do so again in a heartbeat. I would not still be living here over a year later with my family if I was not 100% satisfied. We enjoy the Orenco area and the energy of the professional population that exist in the community. Let us hope Mr. Hate my life, will group up, take charge and use their obvious abundance of time to learn how to write, spell and just be plain honest. Check Nexus out! Good living that my family and I enjoy.

The only reason would reply like this first response (a cautionary review) by attacking the reviewer and such a 'brochure description' is that they work for Nexus Apartments. This is part of their marketing effort, personal attacks against they very people that make their jobs possible.

I agree with this . They are very rude and have a fake attitude.Very bad mangement.They should remove them.
