I lived at Nexus and have to say that the staff, maintenance were amazing. I used their online website to pay rent and put in any problems i had in the aparment and they responded really fast. A/C' yeah in Portland :). I was in a top floor apartment and barely heard my neighbours which was nice. Overall i would live here again no doubt.
