Convenient for Intel employees

I do contract engineering and found this
location to be very convenient to drive to
either of the Intel sites and inexpensive.
Shopping is very close.
The MAX to downtown
is very convenient as well.

I would have to disagree with the MAX statement. There are no bus routes that come trhu here and unless you drive, the walk to the MAX is not a stroll by any means. And if you are driving, then you could probably drive from anywhre and park and ride at any MAX station. But it is an OK place to live, although the Mold issue is real and is yet to be dealt with.
