As a current resident, I can say I have never lived in a more disorganized environment.
We have not had On-site maintenance since Decemember 2007.
We have not had on-site manager since September 2007.
If you need something repaired you must wait months...My neighbor moved in, in November the guest bathroom toliet and sink were not fuctional for 5 MONTHS! How can a property rent units knowing they are not going to beable to service them''
My Warning to you, STEER CLEAR of this place it sucks anlong with the two faced staff.

Please be aware this is a typical bait and switch. They promise you the world, they will deliver a bag of trash. Managements only interest is how much money she can get out of you to pay for her new car. ------ also has issues with minorities, there have been several incidents of descrimination against residents and employees. The parent company Princeton Properties hs tolerated this behavior from the staff and has not taken any action after the investigation from HUD. I strongly suggest you do some investigating. Resisdents here are running to find a new place to live

If you think it is such a bad place why are you still there? I would like to remind everyone reading these vindictiv reviews that there are always two sides to a story and that the management at Oak Glen is friendly and fair but all of us sign a rental agreement that has rules and regulations and when someone gets caught breaking the rules it is much easier to blame the person who has to enforce the rules than to blame ones self. I have been contacted by these people trying to get a good manager fired for there own petty wants and needs I love living at Oak Glen and will continue to support a great manager.
