These pictures were taken August 11, 2008.
This unit has had continuous problems with Mold.
The pictures tell the story, the maintenance request to correct the problem shows the attitude of the property management.
"Alledged Mold".
(Will attach later.)
If it grows like mold, looks like mold, smells like mold, IT IS MOLD.
Other Units have had the same issue with the property management company, they will not acknowledge the fact their is a Mold Issue onsite.
It took Oak Glen 7 days to have someone come in and clean the walls.
This has been an ongoing battle.
Can't wait to be gone from this mold trap.................
Before You move In BE SURE to ask for RESTORATION verification.
What I heard they just painted over the MOLD.
If you have kids with allergies, beware.

This is Oregon you have to open your windows when the weather permits. We live in a wet and dark climate for most of the year, this is something we have to live with. There is no mold problem on the property so stop blaming the staff, open your windows and keep your damn apartment clean.

In response "to living in a wet, dark climate for the most of the year and to stop blaming management"
You are absolutely right; we do live in a wet climate. But, what you fail to mention in you small minded response is that the most of the apartment for 130 is built under ground. Therefore, you mindless idiot, you must realize that no matter how many times you (management) covers the mold with paint, place machines in the unit, or open the windows; the mold is infested in the walls and will continue to grow. Bottom line is this, you spend ridiculous amounts of time and money on things that arenâ??t important, i.e. balloons on gates, balloons and candy for tenants, and stupid signs for attention grabbers, where as if you spent that money and put it into the units, the actual place where people dwell you wouldnâ??t have to worry about postings on the internet.
In essence, if you would just focus your attention on taking care of the matter instead of always trying to find short cuts, people wouldnâ??t blame management!
Maybe living in mold is perfectly fine where you come from (the trailer park), but for normal people, itâ??s unacceptable!

lol oh i love it when management comes on here and tries to make their tenants look like idiots. Keep our windows open? Jesus I didn't know that!!! I too live in an apartment with mold problems. I leave my windows open and have the fan on the ceiling on 24/7, and guess what? Still have a problem with mold! Why is that you say? Cos the place only has two f-ing windows!! The real problem is the genius architects that design apartments.

I dont even know where to start! This company is horrible! BBB gives Princeton an F rating, an F! You have to really p1ss a lot of people off to get an F. The staff is horrible, the apartments are horrible. You can not rent anything on the ground floor or you will be covered in mold, and they blow you off saying it isn't mold its mildew and blame you for it being there. I know lifestyle does have a part in it, but we are clean, we open our blinds and windows, and use our fans (they tell us this everytime and talk to you like your stupid). That property is just WET! You can't walk in the grass because you will sink (and you dont want to anyway cuz there is dog S*it everywhere). The maintenance man is incompetent and very dumb, the manager is uncaring, unsympathetic and is ALWAYS on the phone. Everytime I called I always had to talk to the assistant manager and she would always tell me Denise was on the other line, and if I came into the office she was always in the clubhouse on the phone and they all sound like personal calls. Magie and Valaria were the only people there that were helpful and nice and now valaria doesnt work there anymore. For a few months they had a girl there who had hot pink in her hair and was unhelpful and had no idea what was going on, she could never answer any questions. Now they have some dark curly hair chunky girl working there, also incompetent, thank god she only works part time there cuz everytime I had a concern she would always look to Magie or call her because she has no brain of her own. I dont mean to be judgemental but she needs to buy a bra and stop smoking (she smells up the entire office and sometimes she smells like marijuana, what kind of people are they hiring?) plus they say they are a non smoking community. Even though there are cigarette butts all over the place and people are always smoking. I guess no one wants to work there and they have to take what they can get. As soon as my lease is up in a few months I am getting the he11 out of there, I wish I could afford to break my lease! I do not feel safe here anymore. There are always cops coming into the complex, there is always mold problems, everything is falling apart and you might as well be on your own because the staff will not help you.
