I have been living in my apartment at Orenco Gardens for 9 months and really like it! I think that there is always going to be something that you don't like about renting. What I like about this apartment...Well there is always plenty of parking, good on sound proof, I am 21 and have quite a few young people living in my builiding and have never had problems with noise, The apartment is brand new so nice quality and very clean. I actually have really enjoyed the staff here. They are always very friendley and say "hi" when I come in the club house. I do however agree that this place is a bit spendy$$ The area is really nice though.
